20 Days of Chill- January 2


My sister makes the best Mac and Cheese, attached is the recipe. Although, it is not a family recipe, it’s on the back of a Mueller’s macaroni box, she still makes it so good!  I am very picky about my mac and cheese.  I don’t like it extra creamy, I like it on the drier side. When I find a restaurant that serves up a perfect mac and cheese, I remember it and return to eat it again and again.  I have made mac and cheese once in my life, it came out horrible. I threw it out.

  1. That is very similar in method to what I make. I use sharp cheddar and parmesan (the real stuff) and buttered bread crumbs with a little extra parm thrown in. It is some yummy stuff. Sometimes I kick it up with some roasted chile peppers.

  2. I've never make mac and cheese, I've always ate from those frozen meals or from some cafe. the frozen kind tasted real good to me but the one from the cafes was always too salty.
