Story Cube Challenge- June 10
Many people go Geocaching. It is one of those experiences
that get you outdoors, hiking in beautiful areas and also uses your mind and a
GPS to find the sometimes-elusive cache. Some caches you need a boat to get the
cache, not necessarily a Viking boat,
or a gondola, but a boat
nonetheless. Caches are hidden in dense
forests and sometimes you walk around in circles like you are in a maze to try to find the cache.
Sometimes you go on magnificent hikes that lead to the top
of the mountain, and it is exhilarating, perhaps like Dorothy felt when she
walked the yellow brick road to OZ.
At times, you may have to ask for help from your hiking partner or you will
have to phone a friend to find a cache. Wizards
are not readily available to help with finding caches, however, that would
be a cool thing to have- wizards in the forest.
Wild or domestic animals are sometimes seen while
geocaching. The typical dog walkers are seen with their dogs, or you may see a cat or two in a city if you are doing
urban caching. You can also find cool stuff while in the woods, such as: old
rusty cars, plaques dedicated to people, but I have never found a medieval flail. When you are done
caching for the day it is time to eat a nice barbeque meal, such as roasted pig on a spit.
Good Job. "Wizards are not readily available to help with finding caches". So funny. In love and light Cheryle
